We are pleased to offer new reproductions of the coloured FS cap of the British Army in WWII. These are available sized to order in some select patterns.
When ordering, you must specify your size. To measure this, please follow these instructions:
1. DO NOT size your head from an original hat that fits, or from what you think your size is, be safe and measure it out. To start, get a tape measure marked in inches or centimeters (we recommend measuring in inches).
2. Measure the circumference of your head where you would normally wear a modern hat.
3. Find your hat size on the chart below (round up to the next size if it is not an exact match).
4. SPECIAL NOTE!!! We have changed our sizing from previous years to make this part more straight-forward. Just measure and read the size on the chart below. Also, it is a good idea to give us your measurement in addition to the size you want to order.
5. Inform us of the size you wish to order when you place your order. Your hat will be made to the size you specify, and in most cases cannot be exchanged for another size once it is made and shipped.
Please be certain of the size you need to order before placing the order!

Payment is accepted in US Dollars only. PayPal is accepted for credit card and international orders. Money orders are preferred, personal checks are OK but orders paid with personal check are not shipped until the check has cleared.
For international buyers using PayPal, please add $4.75 per transaction to cover PayPal exchange fees.
Please allow ample time fpr delivery, remember these are custom made so we don't start making it until we have your order. When you order, we can give you a fair estimate of when your hat will be completed based on our upcoming schedule.
Postage costs are additional. Average US postage & handling per hat is $6.75, postage to the UK is $16.50. Postage to other locations upon request.

We welcome group orders!! We can offer discounted pricing when your group commits to a unit order. Minimum quantity 5 caps for a group order.
These hats are custom made in the USA of quality materials.
Every FS cap comes with original brass General Service (GS) brass buttons. Small discount if you provide your own buttons.
Regimental cap badge is NOT included!
Officer's gold braid available for an extra charge (shown below is a Royal Artillery Officer coloured FS cap with gold braid). These are special orders, so please e-mail us with inquiries.
